Güneri Şehircilik İnşaat's new project in Istanbul Ataşehir is officially starting. Güneri Ataşehir project will include residences and commercial areas. The project in question will be implemented on Istanbul Province, Ataşehir District, Barbaros District, 273 Sheet, 2685 Block, 15 Plot.
An application was made to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for the Güneri Ataşehir project and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process started. It was decided that "EIA is not required" for the project, whose cost was announced as 886 million 87 thousand 682 TL.
Güneri İnşaat Ataşehir project, which will be built in 4 blocks in total, namely A1, A2, B1 and B2, will include 31 commercial units as well as 490 residences.
The 4 blocks within the scope of the project in question will be built on 2 basement floors. The housing types within the scope of the project were designed as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1.
In the Güneri Ataşehir project, where construction works will officially begin; There will be an indoor adult swimming pool, pilates and fitness centres. The project in question will also include a closed car park for 437 vehicles and an open car park for 80 vehicles.
There are reinforced concrete, masonry houses and shops in the project area of the Güneri İnşaat Ataşehir project. Following the EIA process, demolition of the buildings in question will be carried out and excavation work will begin after obtaining demolition permits.

The Güneri Ataşehir project, where construction work will begin, is planned to be completed in December 2026.
