Avrupa Konutları Yenimahalle Project consists of 17 Blocks, 754 Residences and 50 Commercial

units built on an area of 49,000 m². 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 flat options are available. Our project is

designed in accordance with the family concept.

Our project consists of 65% green areas and artificial ponds. Our site has 2 main entrances.

Pedestrian and vehicle entrance will be provided through the same doors. We have a 2-storey car

park in our project, and elevators provide direct access from the car parks to the apartments.

Within our project, we have 2 children's parks, basketball, volleyball and football fields as social

facilities. In addition, social facilities in our Project are included in the dues and there are two

semi-Olympic pools, fitness, sauna, Turkish bath and steam room.

Transportation possibilities to our project are by using Yenimahalle Metro station, with

connections to Zeytinburnu metro, Marmaray, Maslak Mecidiyeköy and Başakşehir and Istanbul

Airport areas can be easily reached. There are 2 Pilot schools right next to our project. (Middle

School and High School)
